Hi Lovlies! I am on a roll tonight. Making up for lost time 😀
So there I was spending a cosy Christmas at home with no plans at all. What better thing to do than cook up some festive mani right? Check it out!
I first used Enchanted Polish’s Ballerina Sprinkles as a base. This is light blue polish with a very subtle pink shimmer and very slight scattered holo on the nail.
Of course I won’t leave this alone :p
I used Hit’s Apolo a dark blue linear holo and created a gradation effect. Stamped this with white snowflakes and topped it all with Daring Digits’ Ice Age.
I love love love Ice Age. Really it’s give a blingy wonderful boost to the mani creating a snow flake effect. Made out of light blue tiny hex, large white hex suspended in a very light blue jelly base.. Love it!
I got this as a part of the grab bag from mei mei
She is having a special sale for Daring Digits. It’s only SGD10 a bottle!!! Grab while stocks last!! She ships worldwide except for Italy.
So what do you lovelies think? Snowflakes in sunny humid Singapore?
Dear lovelies, I have for you this Tuesday – TT something sweet. I was thinking of stamping candies but somehow they stamping did not work out. So I turned to plan B and concentrated on the ‘sweet’ aspect. So I have for you sugar flakes and sugar cubes mani.
I applied Fay’s deep teal no. 706. I love the packaging of this polish. It comes in the shape of a girl!!! Look at this –
Is that cute or what??!!! Anyway I got this in Bangkok and they do have a range of pretty nice colors and awesome packaging. The formula for the polish is a little think but the brush is quite similar to the Opi wide brush so I am a happy camper there. 🙂
I topped the base with Daring Digit’s Techno Square. I LOVE square bling and I absolutely love this polish. It can spruce up any base and make it look amazing! The square glitter flashes gold, red, purple and is a perfect blingy topcoat. The amazing thing is it really does look like sugar crystals!
I stuck some bling squares and round crystals to make the sugar cubes more 3 dimensional.
So what do you think of this? Sweet enough for the something sweet theme?
